ADMISSION, LEAVES & WITHDRAWALS
  • The final decision with regard to admission rest with the Principal and the Management. Recommendation will not be considered and Donation Not Accepted. The School Authorities may refuse admission without assigning any reason.
  • No pupil from another school will be admitted without a Transfer Certificate (except KG). He/ She is also required to appear for an Entrance test. A pupil coming from another state should have Transfer Certificate counter signed by the Inspector of Schools.
  • At the time of admission, a copy of the child's birth certificate must be submitted to the school office. The date of birth mentioned at the time of admission will not be altered on any account later on.
  • Application for a Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing to the Principal by the parent or guardian of the pupil and it will not be issued unless all dues are cleared. Rs. 100/- will be charged for the issue of a Transfer Certificate.
  • Any type of declaration from school will be issued only after 5 days from submission of application for the same.
  • A student once removed from the roll will be readmitted only on payment of readmission fee provided there is an available seat in the class. If student attends school even for one day in term, fees for the full term will have to be paid.
  • Notice of withdrawal should be given a month before the date of withdrawal otherwise the school shall charge one month fee. Pupils who leave in the month of May must pay the fee of May and June and those who leave in January must pay the fees of February and March also. Parents applying for the withdrawal of their ward after 10th of the Month will have to pay the fees for the NEXT MONTH ALSO.
  • No leave of absence is granted except on prior written application from parents or guardians for a valid reason only.
  • A student returning to school after suffering from an infection or some contagious disease has to produce a doctor’s fitness certificate permitting him/her to do so.
  • Parents are requested to respond appropriately and immediately to letters and notes sent by the school. In case there is no response, any decision taken by the school authorities in that regard will be final.
